What happens to your enquiry
This site has one form. It sends one email. Nothing you type into it goes into a database, an account or a marketing list.
What the form sends
When you register interest, the following goes into a single email:
- your practice name, your name and your work email
- which tool you chose
- what you would try first, and anything else you wrote, if you filled those in
- the page you came from on this site, and the time the enquiry arrived
Your internet address is held briefly in the server’s memory to stop repeated submissions. It is not added to the email or kept by us.
Who receives it
The email goes to the Archwise founder at Emertech, the New Zealand company building Archwise. We use it only to reply to you about the beta. We do not sell or share it.
How long it is kept
There is no application database. The enquiry exists as an email in the founder’s mailbox and is kept there while we are in touch about the beta. Ask us and we will delete it.
The services involved
- Vercel hosts this site. Like any host, it keeps short-lived request logs, which can include your internet address.
- Resend delivers the email. It keeps a record of messages it sends for a limited period under its own retention policy.
The site runs on Vercel and the register email is sent through Resend; both may process your message outside New Zealand.
This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies.
Your rights
Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask to see or correct what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. Reply to any email from us, or write to geoff@emertech.nz.
